Exclude web.config - VS2005

Is it possible to exclude the web.config file in VS2005 so it will not check-in automatically to the Vault server? I want every user to have it's own web.config.

You could remove web.config from source code control. However, any changes you need to propagate to web.config would need to be done from within the Vault GUI client.
