Receiving the following error when clicking on "Open from Source Control" in Visual Studio 2005 Professional:

SCCProjPath Method: Object reference not set to an instance of an object

What version of Vault are you using?

Are you doing an Open from Source Control to a fresh working folder, or do you already have this project on your local machine?

You could enable IDE logging; it might give us more information:
