IDE Feature Request

Sometimes the IDE does client does not indicate that a file has been checked out until you attempt to check it out which isn't too big of a deal. What would be nice if when you try to check out a file that is already checked out exclusively if you could include the name of the user that has the file checked out.

Instead of displaying Checkout failed for "filename": the file has been exclusively locked

Checkout failed for "filename": the file has been exclusively locked by Zack

This way I'll know who to go yell at to give me my file back
