Unable to clear Pending Change Set

I have tried numerous times to clear my Pending Change set tab. The change set has about 150 files in which I've repeatedly tried to checkout / checkin / merge / etc...
The only thing I can think of that may be preventing the clearance of the items is that we recently lost one of our developers. I changed his account to Inactive, but am unaware as to what he did before he left (Undo Checkout, Check Everything backin).
I currently do not have anything checked out. The majority of the Pending set are "Size Unchanged" "Modified".
When Logged in as admin nothing shows in the Pending Change set.

Change set information is stored in the Vault Client cache files.

You should be able to clear the Pending Change set of items that no longer belong there. Close your client and clear the CacheMember_ChangeSetItems in the cache. Details about cache files here:
