After windows update SourceGear doesn't connect

Windows Updates were applied to the server and now Visual Studio doesn't connect. Affects VB6 and VS2003.

Error that Occurs is "Unable to connect to http://.../VaultService. No server was found at the specified URL."

Does anyone know a way outside of removing the updates to get this to work again?

Can you connect with the Vault GUI Client?

Can other users connect? Was the update made to the client machine or on the server?

Open a web browser to the page http://<vaultserver>/VaultService/VaultService.asmx. Does this work or do you get an error?

ASP.NET User was locked out

I found the issue was that the Account for ASP.NET was locked out. Not sure if it was related to the updates or not now.
