Unicode Support

When trying to diff an xml schema (xsd) file, I found that the file is presented as a single line per character in the display. I am told that this is because the file is UTF-16.

Yes, I know that I can use an external diff/merge tool, but most of us would prefer to keep it "in the family" of Vault. You really should support Unicode in an upcoming version.

Within the DiffMerge tool, check Tools -> Options -> Character Encodings.

I'm not up to speed with ISO-10646-UCS-2, but see if that will recognize the UTF-16 file.

Nope, but when I manually added UTF-16 to the list, it worked! Waddayaknow!
