Unable to see the difference of 2 versions of a single file

We are working on SourceOffSite in 2 locations.
The server is located in UK and all the client setups are in India.

Whenever we try to check the difference between two versions of the same files, it does not allow us to. The only condition we have found in this is that whenever we try to find the difference of a file which has fewer versions, it shows it, otherwise not.

Can anybody help as it is causing big trouble in case we need to see what the changes are done as compared to a previous version?

What version of SOS are you using, and which Diff tool?

Could you describe the specific steps you are using to do the diff?
