How to Get Latest as of a Specific Date?

On April 23, 2006 all our checked in software was working perfectly.

We did not label it.

How can I get all software checked in on or before April 23, 2006?

We are using SourceGear Vault Client Version 3.1.5 (3546).

Show History on the parent folder. Select "View folder history by version."
Select the version that corresponds to the date you want, and click "Get Tree." Note: you can also apply a label from this dialog, if you want to label the version.
