Cannot login in admin tool

Hi,

I always have this error when I try to connect with admin tool or client tool. Nothing changed on my source control server.

Server was unable to process request. --> Could not find file "C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\af66oiyf.dll".

The C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\af66oiyf.dll is random file.
