Error when launching a project in vb6 that is in Vault

Hi, we are getting an error whenever we launch a project in vb6 that is in vault. This just started happening and we are not able to get into our projects. Need help ASAP!!!! Nothing has changed on the development machine.

Error:

Visual Basic Has Encountered an Error And Needs To Close.

Is this happening to all users?

Does it happen for any VB 6 project, or just certain projects?

Can you connect with a Vault GUI Client?

Are there any errors in the Vault server log file that correspond to the VB failure?

Update: IIS was not working properly on the Vault Server machine. VB did not give a very useful error when it could not connect.
