SoS V 4.1.2 not checking out all files with VS2005

Hi there:
just installed VS2005, SoS integrated aotomatically.
Now when checking out a whole solution, it let's me select all the files (the are preselected), but it actually is NOT checking out all files, e.g. .....sln
