Refresh Project Tree slow to show new projects

We are evaluating SOS, and so far it looks like it will fit our requirements. However, we have run into the folloing situation:

1) User 1 logs in (via the Gui) and adds a new project and logs off
2) User 2 logs in (via the Gui).
3) User 2 does not see the new project until he has hit project refresh several times.

Is there some server configuration that I should look at?

The SOS Server does not push the tree changes to the client unless it is requested. Getting the project tree is an expensive operation so you have to do the refresh manually.

However, you should only have to hit refresh once. Refreshing from the root of the tree will refresh the entire tree. It will take the longest, but will be complete.
