We are unable to connect SosServer.

I am trying to connect to sos server from sos client but I am unable to connect to server I am getting following error.

Server was unable to connect to the SourceSafe database check your
Server's log files for additional information .

Our installation Steps follows below.
--------------------------------------
1. We installed VSS server.
and
2. We installed VSS client.
and
3. We installed SOS server.

All three are in same machine and SOS client in different machine.
Any Sequence of installation we should follow? Or Any Installation procedure we should follow to connect client to server?
Any plug-in available to check-out and check-in from Eclipse IDE.Please reply us with details.

Check the log.txt file in the SOS Server directory for additional information. Are there any error messages or anything about "CSLID," etc?

There is no Eclipse plugin for SourceOffSite.
