Files Stuck in Pending Change Set

What is the status of those files in the file list?

Have you tried closing your client and deleting the client-side cache files?

As I stated in my post, "I also cleared out my cache, and that made no difference." I noticed that this started being a problem when we upgraded to version 3.1.6. I also copied the contents of the latest version of the file that is in Vault with my local copy so that they would be exactly identical, and it is still showing up in my Pending change set. I would expect if the files are identical, they should not show up in the Pending change set. That would be the same as an undo. In this case, an undo or a commit won't help.

Several of our developers are having this same problem with 3.1.6 and later (we weren't having this problem with earlier versions), so I am sure it is not just my pc. We have all cleared out our cache as well. I even uninstalled and reinstalled after clearing out cache and that made no difference.
