New Install of Vault 3.0.7 - error

Server was unable to process request. --> Unable to generate a temporary class (result=1).
error CS2001: Source file 'C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\xod0ojf2.0.cs' could not be found
error CS2008: No inputs specified

I referenced KB and it points to log file entry regarding Identity =
here are my log files in c:\windows\temp\sgvault
1 - 060129sgvault.log

It looks like the account used by Vault for the IIS Process model may not have the proper permissions.

We'd like to see your installation log. It's called vault_install.log and would be in your user's temp directory on the Vault Server machine. It would also be helpful to see a copy of the sgvault.log file from %windir%\temp\sgvault.

Is this a new installation? Was 3.0.7 previously installed on this machine?
Where is your SQL Server database? on the Vault Server machine or another machine?

This is a new install
SQL DB on the same server.

The vault install log didn't get attached. It would be helpful to see the install log.
