Oops yeah. If I'd have remembered, I would have mentioned there's some stuff in there now that requires the 3.1.7 libraries.

I'd recommend doing a get by label on one of the 3.1.6 builds to get source that will work with your current 3.1.6 libraries, until we get 3.1.7 out the door.

NormalizeFolder normalizes a folder name, e.g. removes trailing slash. FindFolderRecursive recursively looks for a folder.

I'm not aware of any circumstances that cause FindFolderRecursive to not find a repository folder that does actually exist. Double check that you've got the folder's path right, the repository right, etc.
