SourceGear Dragnet client loses my post
This happens to me all the time. I'm working on an issue, and I have the item open in a dragnet browser window. Then when I have more information to post, I put it into the open window.
I get this error:
* Error
* Error 500: The Server is unable to process your request, click the login button to go back to the login page
* Login Page
I click the "Login Page" link presented, click the Logon button presented, and now I'm back at the item page, but scrolled to the wrong place, and all the text I posted -- or tried to post -- is lost
As you can imagine, I'm unhappy whenever it loses all the text I typed in.

SourceGear Dragnet client loses my post

Are there any error messages logged to the dragnet log file (%windir%/temp/sgdragnet.log) when this happens?
Could it be that IIS is timing out? The following thread contains some things to check for if IIS is timing out on you:

No log in such a location, apparently
Thank you for the suggestion, but unfortunately that log location does not appear to be correct, or else there is no log there, at least on my machine.

C:\>dir %windir%/temp/sgdragnet.log
Parameter format not correct - "emp".
(Ah, I think you had the slashes backwards, I try reversing them.)
C:\>dir %windir%\temp\sgdragnet.log
Volume in drive C is System
Volume Serial Number is xxxxxx
Directory of C:\WINDOWS\temp
File Not Found

No luck with new path (but, maybe not on client?)
No luck with that path either:
C:\>dir %windir%\temp\sgdragnet\dragnet.log
The system cannot find the file specified.

Volume in drive C is System
Volume Serial Number is C40C-86EA

BTW, I'm running these commands on my own machine; I have no access to the server machine -- perhaps that is where I'm supposed to be looking?
Also, the IIS suggestions in the other thread look promising, and I've passed them on to someone with access to the server; thanks.
