remove stale files

I tried that based on what Linda said (where I removed the unsetworkingfolder command).

After I removed the command, I added a completely new file to the repository, and did a get latest (without unsetting the working folder). Then I deleted the just-added file in the repository, and did another get latest. The file remained in the working folder, even though I did not unset it.
