Blame & Firefox

Post by jsynoski » Tue Jan 17, 2006 7:26 am

The Blame feature does not work for me (page does not display) if I use Firefox 1.5. Works just fine if I switch to IE,

What version of Vault are you using? Are you invoking Blame from the GUI Client?

I tried Firefox 1.5 with Vault 3.1.6, and Blame worked, so it may be a configuration issue.

What is the exact error you get when you try to log in via the web page?

Just get a blank page with a Done status in the status bar. I'll try sometime today to uninstall the extensions that I have to see if one of them is interferring

Problem ended up being with the proxy I was using. Once I set things up to ignore the proxy for the Vault machine, it works fine.
