Vault Client Hangs after VS2005 install

I'm experiencing an issue with the Vault Client after installing VS 2005 on 2 different PC's. Both PC are Windows XP SP2 and running Vault 2.0.6.

The client starts, connects to my databse and displays the tree. If I try to do a status search or select nodes in the tree the app will freeze and require an 'End Task' to close. Also if I try a 'Compre Versions' in VS, VS will freeze. VS will check in and out sucessfully.

Is this version incompatable with the new VS2005? I've not found other articles to help or related with this issue.

Vault 2.0.6 does not support the .NET Framework 2.0, nor VS 2005.

Support for VS 2005 was implemented with Vault 3.1.
