database error

Hello,

I installed the new 3.1.6(3658) version of VAULT.
I cannot CheckIn any object because of the following error:

An error occurred while trying to end a transaction.
An exception was encountered during the transaction. Exception: Exception of type System.Exception was thrown. at VaultClientOperationsLib.ClientInstance.Commit(ChangeSetItemColl givenItems, Boolean keepCheckedOut, Boolean removeLocalCopy, Boolean bIsImport, DateTime dateImport, Int32 nUserIDImport, Int64& nRevID)
Transaction failed

In istalled on the same machine Vault Server+Client+Admin Tool.
I'm working on W2kPro/SP6/.NET1.1-updated;MICROSOFT SQL SERVER 2000 DESKTOP ENGINE.

We'd like to see a copy of the Vault server log. It's sgvault.log and is in the %windir%\temp sgvault directory. Email the log to linda at SourceGear.com

Is this a new installation or an upgrade? Where you ever able to check in files?
