Here's something from log.txt in "C:\Program Files\SourceOffSite Server"
2005-12-12 16:36:29 - 3: User 'admin' requesting to login to database 'D:\Mobile_Photo\srcsafe.ini'
2005-12-12 16:36:29 - 3: Client is speaking protocol version 2.0
2005-12-12 16:36:29 - 3: 'admin' connected to database D:\Mobile_Photo\srcsafe.ini
2005-12-12 16:36:34 - 3: ParseStream created a null message!
But User 'admin' said he couldn't log in SOS server. What's going on?

What error message did admin get on the client side when he tried to log in? Can other users log in to that same database?
What version of SOS Client and Server are you using?

User 'admin' got no error messages while tring to log in,neither did other users. No project tree came out.
We are using 4.1.0 version of both client and server.
Thank you.

Is this a new problem? Was SOS working properly before?
Have you tried restarting the SOS Server?
