In going through the VaultServer_3_0_6.msi, I realized it installed all program files to the C drive. I did not get to choose.
In my environment, we try and keep all software off the C drive.
Is there a way to install VaultServer to a different drive?
If not, can I copy the files to a different drive and will the program still work?
Thanks
Tom

Also of note,
We are installing Vault to Windows 2003 server. By default we disable c:\inetpub\wwwroot. We create the default web site on a different drive. So can I recreate the Virtual Directories too?
Thanks

You should be able to choose the location where you want to install Vault Server. In the Vault Server Setup portion of the installation, there's a browse button to choose a different location. See the screenshots here:

I should add something here. We recommend you upgrade to the latest version of Vault, as long as you're re-installing. We've fixed a number of bugs and added new features. Some versions of Vault prior to Vault 3.0.7 had a race condition that caused users' databases to be unusable until we fixed them. Vault 3.1.5 is a free upgrade if you already have a Vault 3.x license.
