Is your Vault server version 3.1.5 as well?

First, let's rule out a problem with the client side cache files.
Close any open Vault Clients (GUI or IDE) on your machine. Then delete the client side cache files:

Restart the Vault Server (iisreset, from a command prompt).

Then reopen your client.

I've closed my vault client. Then deleted the cache dir in my profile directory. Start the Vault Client, this solved the problem.

Thx in advance!
