Salutations,
A few years ago, my company had just one programmer (me) and we purchased a copy of Vault Single User Edition (back when you offered it).
Soon though, our team grew, and we purchased a five-user bundle of licenses. We just added the new license pack to our installation. Over time, we upgraded numerous times through to version 2.0 of the product. When 3.0 was announced, I upgraded our license keys to the 3.0 format. Due to time constraints, we never actually got around to upgrading the server.
Well, its Turkey Day here in the states, and I actually had time to do the upgrade. We have a problem now, though - our team is six people, which we had enough licenses to cover for back in the Vault 2.0x days, but since the upgrade our Vault install only shows our 5-user license pack we purchased way back when. The 'single-user' license no longer shows up. I've tried adding it, to no avail.
So, I'm kind of stuck. All six licenses were working just peachy pre-upgrade. Come Monday, one of my programmers is going to be very unproductive .
Any help anyone can give would be most appreciated!
Regards,
Bryan Porter
SourceGear Vault Licensing Issue

It should be a very simple thing to upgrade the license, but unfortunately, SourceGear is not officially open the day after Thanksgiving, so we'll have to wait until Monday when the sales staff are back in. Hopefully, you'll only be down for a few hours...
Contact dixie (at) sourcegear.com by email, and she will be able to get you up and running on Monday.
