What is this error trying to tell me when I'm opening the project in Visual Studio .Net 2003 from Source Control?

Solving my own problem 
After discovering that my id still worked fine on my laptop (I develop on multiple systems) and failed attempts at clearing out/starting over with a fresh directory/files on my workstation with the problem... I went looking in the registry.. found that Vault uses a cache in the 'documents and settings\userid\application data\sourcegear'... I deleted that cache directory out and things started working properly again.
