I have a developer that just installed the Vault Client.
When he tries to access it, the blue SourceGear logo screen appears, then just hangs and does not display the login window.

Try turning off the splash screen, which sometimes helps with this problem. See http://support.sourcegear.com/viewtopic.php?t=12 for more info.
