When I connect to the vault server I get the following anytime I try to do something, and it won't display the list of files in the repository:
Help on what is causing this would be greatly appreciated!
TIA

This means something bad happened to some state files on the client machines. Did you recently upgrade or change the location of your client cache?
Either way, deleting the Vault client cache files should reset everything, although it will cause you to lose all your client state.

No, I didn't move anything. How do I clear client cache files? I tried renaming my working folder and creating a new folder with the working folder name so that it was empty, and I still got this message. Are there cache files somewhere else? I don't care about losing the state of anything, because everything was already checked in a few days ago. I'm just trying to get into Vault to get the latest versions of some files changed by other users.

The location of the cache files depends on which Vault version you are using: It would be %appdata%\SourceGeat\Vault_1 for pre 3.1 install and Docs & Settings\local settings\application data\sourcegear\vault for 3.1 and above (on fresh installs).
Just remove everything from Vault_1 on down.
