4.1.2 service won't start

Please help. I just uninstalled SOS 4.0.1 because I was having some issues with it. I just installed 4.1.2 and the service won't start.

If none of this works, send me a copy of the log.txt file in the SOS Server directory.

Service Won't Start

I thought that was the problem too but it wasn't. I'm getting this error message in the log.txt. Not sure why I'm getting the double back-slashes.
The database is located in a Netapps box and it worked before the upgrade.

11/16/2005 9:40:09 PM - Number of licenses configured: 18
11/16/2005 9:40:09 PM - S:\\W6\\SourceSafe\\Customers\\srcsafe.ini does not exist!
11/16/2005 9:40:09 PM - Invalid or no databases to support.
11/16/2005 9:40:09 PM - Error starting up server. Stopping now....
