I am using Vault 3.1.5 to do (what I believe is) a simple get file.
vault get -user "steve" -password "******" -host "KRELL1" -repository "Default Repository" -destpath "C:\Krell\Builds\OmniView\Builds" -setfiletime "modification" -makewritable -merge overwrite "$/Products/OmniView/Builds/BuildControl.ini"
About 20% of the time this works fine. The other 80% of the time I get the XML result showing success but then no new command prompt indicating that the program terminated. There is no difference in execution...I can simply repeat the identical command over and over and more often than not it will hang up like this.
Any suggestions for what I can look at for the cause of this problem. This is the first time I've used the command line client (and fairly new to Vault in general).
command line GET hangs up

The first place to look would be the Vault server log file.
Check the log after an unsuccessful get to see if any error messages have been generated.
