Vault setup across multiple users of same machine?

We are having a problem where several users need to have access to a build machine that uses the Vault Client - we see that Vault does not share data (which files are old/updated/renegade) accross different users and we are wondering if there is a way to set Vault up so that is shares this data accross multiple users of the same machine.
Has anyone run accross this problem and if so, how do you solve it?

Vault doesn't allow working folder data to be shared for many users.

If this is a build machine, I would suggest creating a "build" user that everyone who needs access can login as.
