Feature request - Status tooltips

With any luck we should finally start transitioning to Vault in the Dec 1 time frame.

As the person who will be answering the question "What does Renegade/Old/Needs Merge mean?", it would be really nice if Vault would popup a tooltip with that answer when you mouse over the Status column entry.

Yes there is an entry in Help, but it's not all that obvious how to find it.
