I'm having trouble with a checkin failing with the message below. If I rename the file and check it in as a new file it works fine. Has anyone seen this before? Other files check in fine, so it shouldn't be the network settings, though I have changed them just to be sure.
Upload for item $/city.max failed too many times, aborting transaction.
Please verify your network settings using the Options dialog under the Tools menu in the Vault GUI Client.
The specific error was "The server returned an unknown error header: VaultFileUpload.aspx encountered: FailFileInvalidCheckSum"
An exception was encountered during the transaction. Exception: The server returned an unknown error header: VaultFileUpload.aspx encountered: FailFileInvalidCheckSum at VaultClientOperationsLib.ClientInstance.UploadItem(ChangeSetItem item, String txID, Byte[]& streamBuffer, Int32& bytesWrittenThisFile, Boolean bIsImport)
at VaultClientOperationsLib.UploadThread.ProcessCommand(UploadThreadCommand command, UploadThreadCommandResult& outputResult)
FailFileInvalidCheckSum error - upload failed

There may be a problem with your baseline file in the client cache. Try this: backup the modified file. Do a Get latest, overwriting the file in the working directory. Then checkout the file and replace the copy in the working directory with the modified file. Now can you check it in?
