Web Deploy works on all but 1 file

I am trying to do a web deploy and it is working for the most part. However, there is one file that will not deploy.

When I do try to deploy it, the status window gives the following message:

"Operation failed - $/projectname/subfolder/subfolder/subfolder/filename"

I'm not sure what the problem is. The VSS and deployment server folder permissions both look ok. All other files in that specific project deploy just fine.

Please help.

*Note - I purposely did not include the real project and folder names above.

Check the SOS Server log, log.txt in the SOS Server directory to see if there is additional information about the error.

Is there anything different about the file that won't deploy -- is it a different type of file, larger file, etc.?

We figured it out. The SOS service account did not have access to the share folder on the deployment server. We gave it access on the Security tab, however, the Sharing tab was set to specific accounts, rather than being set to Everyone. Once we changed it to Everyone, it worked.
