Vault performance seems to be waining as time goes by. Most of my users are just experiencing a slow down. For one user, the client hangs when trying a check-out, diff, history or resolve merge status. Vault is unusable for him. Please let me know what I can do to fix this.

The first suggestion would be to upgrade to 3.1.2, as we have made performance enhancements.
