Domain Migration Breaks Checkins

Over the weekend we migrated to an entirely new windows domain. As a component of the migration we also changed the windows domain name.

It seems that Vault marks checkouts made by users with the computer that they were logged into and with their domain\username information. Because of this, users are not able to check in from their working folders. Is there a way to change the domain information that vault stored on check out?

It's not possible to change the checkout information. I'd suggest that users backup their changed files. Then use the Admin Tool to undo the checkouts in the Undo Checkouts tab.
