Source Safe 353 and Windows 2003

After installing SOS 353 (server piece) on Windows 2003 SP1 the Service is "registered" properly but it fails to start successfully. Raising following error in the System Event Log:

Is there a way to get SOS 353 working on Windows 2003, or do I have to upgrade to version 4?

Just to let you know that after installing the MS JVM, the SOS Server 353 now works fine on Windows 2003. Still have to see if it works after installed SP1 for 2003, but I'm sure that it'll be OK.
