Solaris cl client: GET in branch -> wrong version of file

Post by James Jeffers » Fri Sep 23, 2005 2:49 pm

We've noticed that if we branch a folder and then try a GET in a new working folder assigned to that branch locally, the GET gets the wrong file versions.

The file versions are 1 version "back" of the version that is the latest.

Interesting. Have you tried this on the Windows CLC (or any other unix "flavor")?

I'll try to reproduce this here, but I won't be able to get to it until Monday.

This has not occured, as far as I can tell for any version other than the Solaris client.

I tried the Linux cl client. It did not have the problem.

Yuck. I guess I have no choice but to spend some quality time with our molasses-slow Sun machine.

Only that we're having a helluva time getting mono to build on our Solaris machine.

Not given up, but the frustration level is high...
