Can't install SourceOffsite server on Windows Server 2003

Got the following error while trying to install SourceOffsite Server 4.1.2
on Windows Server 2003 for Small Business Server:

"This program requires that the Microsoft .NET Framework, version 1.1.4322, be installed. Please exit this installer and restart after the proper version of the .NET Framework has been installed."

Then installation ends with following message:

"Installation ended prematurely because of an error."

.NET Framework 1.1.4322 is surely installed because it's a part of Windows Server 2003 and other applications, that require it, works fine.

Any suggestions?

Is the installer on the C:\ drive of the machine you are installing on?

Are you logged in to the machine with Admin privileges?

Yes for both questions.

Have already solved it - after installing SP1 for Windows Server 2003 error is gone.
