Search/Report by item comment

Unless I'm missing something, there's no way to search for all files based on checkin comments (e.g., I need to be able to get a list of all changes checked in where a particular bug number is included in the comments).

So I guess I can either use the API to find the information, or do database queries/reports. What tables do I need to look at in the database to find this information?

Why not search for the bug number in the comment search using the history query?

In History Explorer you can filter by comment string: Show History->View folder history by item->Comments->Include by search string. You can save the result as .csv, .txt or .html files.

Perfect--thanks. I was only looking at the Search tab; I hadn't realized the History query was there.
