Admin password lost

One of our QA people changed and lost/forgot the "admin" password to our Dragnet system.

Is there anyway to reset this without the old password? As an alternative, is there a way to go directly to the database and add myself into the user administrator's role so that I can change the password for the "admin" users?

What (if any) options do I have?

Uninstall Dragnet, keeping the database when prompted. Then reinstall. You'll be able to reset the Admin password. We don't recommend making modifications directly to the database.
