Report of drgnet items and vault file version.

I am trying to get a report that will show me a list of files based on a label and what dragnet bugs where assigned to those files.

This combination of queries isn't available from the History Explorer GUI. You can show the files in a label, but without comments; and you can query folder history based on comments.

However, you probably can do this with the Vault Client API.
