Client will not Launch

I am on Windows Server 2003 Enterprize Edition with Biztalk 2004 and Visual Studio.net 2003 installed. For some reason the Vault client just stopped launching. When I click the icon, go to the start menu or browse to the program files folder and click directly on the exe the hour glass comes up next to my mouse pointer and then nothing. Anyone else experiencing this??? There are other symptoms. In VS.net I can open projects from Source Control add files, modify files and check them in but I cannot see other developers files that have been checked in when I Get latest Version. Help

What version of Vault are you using? What version of the .NET Framework?

There were some issues with the Vault client hanging on .NET Framework 1.1 sp 1 in Vault versions prior to 2.0.6:
