Dialogs are marching to the right every time you open them

If you have your Windows taskbar on the left side of your desktop, Vault windows (history, checkin, etc.) move a little bit further to the right every time you open them. The distance they move seems to be equal to the width of the taskbar.

This is kind of annoying because the OK and Cancel buttons disappear out of the screen.

This does sound like a display bug. We'll look into it.

What version of Vault are you using?

I use Version 3.0.7 (2863)
