SQL Server SP4

Are there any known issues with Vault and SQL Server Service Pack 4? We have SQL Server and the Vault Server installed on the same server. Our network admin tried to upgrade to SP4 but reports that he was unable to and now the Vault Service is not running either (I don't have a lot of details right now)

One known issue is that you cannot delete a Vault repository if you have SQL Server SP 4. There may be other issues as well that we haven't run into as yet.
