Orphan object

I have this particular file where it only appear when login as Admin. If login as other user, it wasn't there in the file list. When i try to delete or look at its property, the Vault IDE returns an error (refer to the screenshot in the attachment).
How can i remove this file from the server?
I am using Vault Client ver 3.1.1 (3506).
Vault Admin runs on Windows Server 2003 & SQL Server 2000.

The first thing to try is deleting the client-side cache for the Admin user on your machine. It may be out of sync with the actual database.

Close any open Vault clients on your machine first.
