Tie files together or link

Is there anyway to "force" two (or more) files to be "tied" together?

That is .. if one is checked-out it forces the other to be checked out too.

i.e. .. if a .CPP file is checked out, the .H is checked out too? etc.

Okay, I don't want to use it for that .. but for other multi-part data files.. it's just an example in the source-code realm.

No, other than to check out the entire folder or project that contains those files. If you're using Visual Studio, then VS usually determines what gets checked out and what doesn't.
