Solaris command line client - System.IO.FileNotFoundExceptio

Seeing this on a get:
System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not find file "/var/tmp/11433.dll". : /var/tmp/11433.dll

What does this mean? Is this a Mono problem... or a Vault problem?

System.IO.IOException: Win32 IO returned 39. Path: /var/tmp/tmp3c9ca1b8
