VS.NET 2005 Checks in Bin Folder

I am using the VS.NET 2005 Beta 2 and have a problem that when I add a web project to Vault the bin folder is also checked in. I have project references set up in the web project. This means that before I can compile the web project I have to checkout the assemblies that should not be in Vault.

Is there a way to not checkin the bin folder or at least a few individual files in that folder?

This is an issue with Visual Studio Beta 2. I believe it will be fixed with the next 2005 beta.
