Source Off Site 4.1.2 Client Hangs on Start Up

Hi Everyone,

I have a problem with my source off site Client (on Windows) when it loads up it hangs...

I have tried Re-boots and loading without VS.NET running, but alas still the same problem...

Is there any start up parameters where I can load it up with a debugging or logging window?

Hi Everyone,

More information....

Basically when I start up, The status windows shows "connecting [IP] ...."

The thing is that it never connects....

I can telnet to the IP with the port and it seems fine.

Is there any other tests or ports I need open for this to work?

Are other users experiencing the same type of problem?

Is there anything in the SOS Server log.txt file that corresponds to the hang? The log file is in the SOS Server directory on the server machine.

Hi Everyone,

I ended up getting it working again by restarting the SOS Server. I guess I should of thought of that earlier.
